Whether it’s perfectly shaped brows or beautiful lashes, my goal is always to help you look good, feel confident, and leave loving your results! ✨ 💕 BOOKING POLICIES 💕 BOOKING POLICIES🌸 ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS • 10-minute grace period. • Beyond the grace period will result in a $15 late fee. • More than 15 minutes late will require you to be rescheduled on salon terms. • A $25 fee will be added to your next online-booked service. 📅 RESCHEDULE • Any rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance via confirmation email. • YOU’RE ONLY ALLOWED ONE RESCHEDULE PER INITIAL DEPOSIT. • No same-day rescheduling. • Same-day changes will be treated as a cancellation and will result in a 50% fee. 😔 NO CALL / NO SHOW • Clients who no-show will be charged the full amount of the service. • No-call/no-show clients will be banned from scheduling future appointments. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • A $50 cancellation fee will also be charged. 💗 APPOINTMENT DAY -Lash Services💗 ✅ DO • Come with a clean face & lash line. (Lash baths are available for an extra fee.) • Wear comfortable clothing. • Take out contact lenses. • Bring inspiration photos. • Take a lash nap. 😴💕 ❌ DON’T • No extra guests or children. • No cellphone usage during your appointment. • Please don’t expect your lashes to look exactly like anyone else’s. We are all different! 💗 APPOINTMENT PREP — PERMANENT BROWS & BROW LAMINATION 💗 ✨ DO — BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Come with your brows clean and free of makeup, oils, and skincare products. • Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your appointment. • Bring inspiration photos if you have a specific brow shape or style in mind. • For permanent brows, allow your brows to grow naturally before your appointment—please do not over-tweeze. • Let your artist know about any medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent cosmetic treatments that may affect your service. • Arrive with enough time to complete any required consultation and consent forms. • For brow lamination, allow your natural brow hairs to grow out and avoid excessive trimming or tweezing before your appointment. 🚫 DON’T — BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Do not wax, tweeze, thread, or tint your brows immediately before your appointment. • Avoid retinol/retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and other strong exfoliating products around the brow area before your service. • Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, or other facial treatments near the brow area immediately before your appointment. • Do not arrive with sunburn, irritated, broken, or peeling skin around the brows. • Avoid excessive alcohol before your appointment. • For permanent brows, do not schedule your appointment if you have an active infection, open wound, or significant irritation in the brow area. • Please do not apply heavy makeup or skincare products to the brow area before arriving. 🌸 IMPORTANT Permanent brows and brow laminations are beauty services that enhance your natural features. Results can vary based on your skin, natural brow hair, lifestyle, and aftercare. Your artist will provide specific aftercare instructions based on the service you receive.
